Damage or problems with prints should be reported within 3 days of receiving them, after 3 days we reserve the right to correct issues at our discretion.

If you move frequently or are worried about damage to your print, consider our 3 year extended warranty that guarantees a replacement print in the event of any non-intentional damage for 3 years from the original date of delivery.
